  46. This is where I disagree - reason stated above. It wouldn't be TOO much 
  47. more to put a Zip drive in and get a standard for personal exchange (and 
  48. cheap additional space) in the process.

  53. Please: It's not just "backup" - a Zip drive is as fast as the Quantum 
  54. drive that were put into Amiga 3000's (in my experience). There's no 
  55. reason that I can see not to use this instead of a HD in low end models. 
  56. It will function PERFECTLY as an HD replacement, and if demands grow an 
  57. HD or more Zip disks would be perfect.
